My first quilt pattern and still my best seller! Simple piecing, easy to customize the size of the quilt, and uses lots of fabric! This is another good workshop project!

Inspired by the quilts of Marie Cermak who pieced dozens of quilts during the 1950’s and 60’s! Crib/lap, twin, and double/queen sizes. An excellent scrap quilt with simple blocks. Invite a few friends to join you and I’ll come teach a workshop using this pattern!

A traditional appliquéd house block is the basis of this pattern, but you buy it for the picket fence border which is easily adjusted to fit a larger quilt. It’s fun to customize this quilt for a special occasion or make it as a friendship quilt. This version recalls my walking tours in England!

This simple quilt is the project I use to teach “value and color spontaneity” workshops. Contact me to set up a date with your guild or a group of friends!

A non-traditional color scheme for this traditional block based on the eight-pointed star. Cutting and piecing is improved with Marti Michell’s templates. It’s one of my favorite workshops to teach.

This quilt uses a new rotary cutting template from Marti Michell and my updated version is featured in its companion pattern. I teach it as a hand piecing workshop.
